Yeah, I wish she'd stuck to talking about time / space and left money out of it, honestly. I'm not sure what she gains by making herself Honorary Terrible Personal Finance Counselor, except that her imagined audience is upper-middle-class white women in their 40s and 50s and maybe this is supposed to resonate with their concerns? who knows.

One of my writing teachers was always on us about guarding our time. I'll always be grateful to him for harping on it so much because it was exactly what I needed to hear at that point in my life, even if I still haven't gotten around to heeding it.
